Production Supervisor / Team Leader
A growing contract manufacturer producing plastic and rubber components for industrial customers across Australia.
In this role you will be:
- Supervising and coordinating daily production activity
- Allocating labour to meet the production schedule
- Driving safety, quality and output targets
- Coaching and developing your team
- Reporting on KPIs to the Production Manager
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in manufacturing
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
- Sound understanding of safety and quality systems
- Computer literacy for reporting
