In this role you will be:
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Coordinating schedules and bookings for field staff
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Providing general support to the management team
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous administration experience
- Confident with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
