In this role you will be:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Coordinating schedules and bookings for field staff
  • Maintaining records and filing systems
  • Providing general support to the management team

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities
