In this role you will be:

• Leading and motivating a shift team to hit daily targets
• Allocating labour across pick, pack and despatch
• Driving safety and housekeeping standards
• Reporting on productivity and accuracy KPIs
• Liaising with transport and customer service teams

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous team leader experience in a warehouse or DC
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• WMS / RF systems experience
• Sound understanding of WHS
• Current forklift licence advantageous
